Delivery: Software products are downloadable from: Software Download.; When the key request is complete a product key to activate the software will immediately be shown on your computer screen and sent to your email address (as specified in "Delivery information" above) along with your support contract. If you do NOT receive this product key, please report this to technical support.
Other: Software products and corresponding support contracts are supplied under the terms of Profense License Agreement, Support Programs and Support - General terms.
