The hardware platforms and configurations below are tested and approved by Armorlogic to be used as a platform for Profense™ in a production environment.
Please note that the approval of the specific hardware platforms only pertains to the specific configuration as stated in the hardware configuration details view (select "view details" to display details). Also note that the configuration options pertains to the options offered by the server vendor for the specific model.
Platforms for evaluation and testing purposes
For testing purposes you can run Profense™ software on a variety of virtual and physical hardware configurations as stated below.
Minimal requirements
- CPU: Intel® PentiumTM III, IV and above, or AMD® 64/OpteronTM (both 32-bit and 64-bit)
- 64MB RAM minimum
- 4GB harddrive minimum (IDE/SATA or SCSI)
- One or more Ethernet controllers
